Newly renovated in the Historical Centre of Mogorella
The whole house, except for the kitchen fittings and the staircase

in 2017.
All windows are new. All doors have been renovated. Electrical and water installations are new.
The kitchen is fully functioning with a gas stove and oven, and a
brand new refrigerator and freezer. There is a full supply of plates,
glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
There is a newly installed AC, two units downstairs and one
upstairs.There is a washing machine in the kitchen, and you can dry your
laundry outside in the walled in yard. There is a drying rack.
There are two new bathrooms, one with a shower downstairs and one with a small sized tub and a shower upstairs.
